Today we thought we would check out the back to school festival at the corn maze! The littles have been looking forward to it all weekend and were totally thrilled when they found out we were going to go today. Hyrum had to dress up in his "cowboy clothes" including boots that are three sizes too big and a button up shirt. We arrived shortly after it opened and the parking lot was already half full! Luckily there is lots to do and see, so it didn't feel like there was that many people there at all.
We started by checking out the maze, and made it through rather quickly. Daddy and I had fun hiding and jumping out at the kids and they had fun being "scared". When we finally made it out they quickly made their way over to ride down the giant slides, try out the trikes, and hit up the pony rides. We had a lot of fun walking around and checking everything out. The park is massive, the bouncy pillow was a hit, and the slides were pretty fun too.
When tummies started to grumble we made our way back to the van. Finley played himself right out and fell asleep a few minutes into the drive. We picked up lunch on our way home and enjoyed the rest of our afternoon as we got ready for school to begin tomorrow!
