Costa Vida

 The weeks and months have been flying by in a blur! I seriously can't take how fast time is going these days. The littles are growing so much, especially Ollie! We were excited to have a quiet Saturday with not too much going on.

Daddy took the kids sledding this morning at Dinosaur hill. We've had some crazy nights lately and I am flat out exhausted. My dear hubby figured I could use a morning snooze and a little break. The kids had a lot of fun!

 While they were out I made a pan of rice Krispie squares. With no kids home that meant Ollie got the spoon to lick and he was quite happy about that!

In the late afternoon we spontaneously decided to go for a drive. Daddy took us to his new favorite Mexican joint, Costa Vida, and treated us all to dinner. I love that he recognizes when I need a little break and takes over. I'm sure the fact that it's a Canadian version of Cafe Rio had nothing to do with it. Ha!

We were literally the only ones in the entire restaurant which made it that much more enjoyable. If the kids were loud or Ollie wanted to toddle around, it was no big deal because they weren't disturbing anyone! There was tickling, and giggling, and good chats as we enjoyed our food.
