Today was relatively quiet. We've been enjoying General Conference together as a family this weekend and my soul is feeling rejuvenated. We managed most of our Easter traditions and even though we made the kids wait a day extra to champ eggs, they still had so much fun! I was proud of the sportsmanship shown this year. We have some pretty competitive littles (they get it from their Dad) and sometimes there can be tears. Instead, they were civil and kind and it all worked out well!
Camilla and Daddy always seem to alternate winning every year, so it was
fun to watch Finley come out on top. He is the official egg champ for
2021!
Shortly after dinner, Camilla asked if she could make some cookies and then proceeded to whip a double batch of mini egg cookies up lickity-split. Everyone enjoyed milk and cookies before bed and it was a wonderful way to finish the day!
