I woke up nice and early to the sound of rain hitting my window! I am so glad it's nice enough to rain instead of snow. The windows were all cracked open to let in the fresh smell of Spring. Shortly after that I had bread on the go and my oven on to bake. I love rainy days. Most of yesterday was spent outside moving dirt from our old garden plot to the new spot. We all got some nice sun on our faces and enjoyed our time together digging for worms and catching ladybugs. Today I was glad to be stuck indoors baking and cleaning my neglected house. Maybe after my next round of dishes my black, dirty gardening fingers will be back to normal! Joseph sat on my lap at 10:00am and fell asleep while I was chatting with my little not-so-little brother. The littles have had fun playing pretend together and doing some "school". But they are all starting to sound a little irritable since they were up so early this morning. I think it might be time for some TV intervention!
