Yesterday morning I woke up to little feet clunking and swishing downstairs. It took a few minutes to register before I jumped out of bed and came down to find exactly what I had suspected. Hyrum found the skates that I had packed away for the move and was happily shooting and scoring in a hockey game at the crack of dawn. Luckily the skates are dull and I was able to convince him to move from the kitchen to the carpet for his big game. This kid's love for hockey is priceless, and this get-up had to be captured.

Hyrum Gretzky......he sure does like his hockey! I really love that picture Addie, white skates and all. That photo will be one for the memory book!
